Flute (doubling Piccolo) | Bb Clarinet | Eb Alto Saxophone | Bb Trumpet | F Horn | Trombone | Tuba | [Percussion] Tambourine, Marimba, Triangle, Castanet, Bass Drum”Magical Sounds” is an ensemble with flute, clarinet, saxophone, horn, trumpet, trombone or euphonium, tuba, percussion, and other major instruments of wind music. Even with such a small number of people, the sound is quite fulfilling, so to speak, and it is probably the smallest band in the world.There are many famous melodies in Bizet’s Carmen, but I chose and combined three of them. The opening is the beginning of Act 4, the middle part is Habanera sung by Carmen in Act 1, and the last is the gypsy song at the beginning of Act 2.
