Easy to use, the Zoom PodTrak P8 lets you record, edit and upload the most ambitious podcasts! The color touch screen (entirely in French with integrated help), as well as its color-coded inputs and outputs, provide on-the-fly handling. The PodTrak P8 has six mic inputs with a gain of up to 70dB, able to handle the most demanding microphones like the Shure SM7B. It has a dedicated phone track, Bluetooth compatible (with BTA-2, optional), switchable from audio to USB, with Mix-Minus to reduce echo and feedback. The ON AIR switch lets you hear inputs only through your headphones, for off-air conversations, and noise reduction automatically turns off unused microphones.Give your podcast a professional finish with assignable sound effects, jingles or pre-recorded interviews on any of the nine sound pads; up to four sound banks are available, for a total of 36 sound clips at your fingertips. The P8 has six headphone outputs with individual volume. Thanks to the P8’s built-in editing, you can easily trim, split, and blend audio clips to produce a finished episode, or transfer individual tracks for mixing on your computer. The P8 offers up to two hours of recording with four AA batteries, or connect a USB power supply for extended use.
