In 2010, Rolling Stone magazine named Thayil #100 on the list of the “100 greatest guitarists of all time”. Pioneer of the “Seattle Sound”, Thayil built is musical identity on an original 1978 Guild S-100. Newark St. Collection Kim Thayil Polara is directly inspired by this iconic guitar.
