Choose the mic you want to hear and the directionality you want to use: omnidirectional, cardioid, figure-of-eight bi-directional, and all positions in between. Antelope software emulations meticulously reproduce the character of each of these legendary microphones and really give you access to an incredible collection. You can also record with the Edge Go microphone without emulation enabled for transparent, neutral condenser microphone sound from 20 to 20kHz.Antelope’s software magic isn’t limited to microphone modeling. Edge Go also gives you access to a fantastic collection of 22 effects that replicate classic studio machines, including classic mic preamps, dynamics processors (limiters, compressors, gate, expander), de-esser, EQs, and the Antelope AuraVerb with 6 reverb types to help you create the right ambience from the barely perceptible atmosphere to the longest echoes.
