The BLACKSTAR amPlug2 FLY Guitar is a microphone pre-amp for electric guitar that allows you to play with headphones in all circumstances and in complete discretion. You just need to connect it with its removable jack plug adaptable to any type of instrument, choose one of the three available channels (Clean, Crunch, Lead), adjust the ISF equalization (which offers the choice between a US sound color or British) and possibly add an effect using the dedicated switch (3x chorus, 3x delays and 3x reverbs available). If you don’t already know Blackstar products, you will be surprised by the quality and diversity of sounds offered by this little device. It owes much of its flexibility to the ISF control which, depending on the settings, generates characteristics of American amps with defined bass and aggressive mids, or characteristics of English amps with more woody and less incisive sounds.
